We had expected light posting of chiropractic classifieds during the days surrounding the first of January but new chiropractic ads continued to be posted daily since this office went on holiday December 23rd. More than 35 new ads have appeared since Christmas Day including listings for DRX9000 Lumbar Spinal Decompression Systems, chair massage tables, digital imaging solutions, Nervoscopes, insight millennium subluxation stations, practices for sale in Oklahoma and Idaho, and lots more.

Oregon Chiropractic College plans to grow in 2009

There are 18 chiropractic schools, colleges, and universities throughout the United States, that offer a doctor of chiropractic program. Students can earn their doctor of chiropractic degrees in Eastern states, Southern states, Northern states, Midwestern states, and Western states, including the great state of Oregon. One chiropractic college based on the West Coast, Western States Chiropractic College, has plans for growing in 2009, with a planned new chiropractic clinic opening east of Portland, and a change in college to university status in the works.
Over 100 Chiropractors meet in Argentina - South America

From December 12th - December 15th, 2008 in an inspiring weekend sponsored by the two leading chiropractic groups in Argentina, the AQA and the Argentinean Chiropractic Foundation, over 100 chiropractors came from several countries to meet, discuss, and learn marketing, philosophy, and communication skills that will send them back to their communities with powerful new ways to communicate vertebral subluxation centered chiropractic with their practice members. The first graduating class of chiropractors in Argentina received their diplomas in a spirited ceremony on the night of December 13, 2008.

It's New Years Eve 2009 and hopefully you've got your jello shot recipes complete, and are ready to watch Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest host the world's biggest party, streamed live from Times Square in New York City. While New Year's is celebrated throughout the world, cities like Sydney, London, Chicago, Montréal, Las Vegas, and of course New York City, host extravagant events. This years Times Square Rockin' New Year's special has reportedly been scaled back, but the 2009 New Year's ball will still drop, and you can watch it live on TV and over the Internet.

Chances are you have a web site, but do you take the time to regularly check log files and statistics to see what kinds of terms are being searched that bring people to your website? For a site about chiropractic you may expect searches like back pain, headaches, scoliosis, and even spinal decompression to be popular. Over the years I found that's not always the case, and sometimes the most popular searches are for terms that may appear to have nothing to do with your primary topic. If you're not checking your log files, you may never know if that's the case for your site or blog.

One of the biggest shopping days of the year is the day after Christmas. This year you may find that staying home and taking advantage of online shopping deals may be just as rewarding as fighting crowds at local department stores and malls. Online, many stores are planning to open access to after Christmas sales the day of Christmas. For Malls & department stores, 2008 after Christmas sales shoppers may have to brave the cold, and get up plenty early, since some major department stores (like JCPenney) will be opening at 5:30 a.m.

Time has nearly run out on getting packages delivered via the 3 major shipping services in the United States. The United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and Federal Express (FedEx) all have holiday hours with altered delivery schedules during the next few days. All three services are running today, with packages being delivered late into the evening hours on Christmas Eve, but Christmas Day is a postal holiday, a UPS holiday, and a holiday observed by FedEx. Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring, except for all those savvy kids tracking Santa via NORAD and Google Earth. Yes folks, Santa can be seen on radar, and you can track Santa from home. Each year the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) tracks Santa's journey across the globe on Christmas Eve, and this year with the help of Google Earth, kids and their parents will be able to track Santa in 3-D.

For example, visit your local Starbucks. Bring along a notepad and take some notes paying particular attention to the things that would cross over to your industry such as parking, ease of access from the front door to the point of payment, entrances and exits, efficient use of space, etc.
